Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it (unworn or unused)

  • Have all original tags and packaging

  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Request a Return
Email us at support@arimelbyemily.com to start your return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and work to make it right.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return your original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Preorders
Preorder items follow the same return policy, unless a different policy is stated in the product description.
